• Assessment of physical and transition climate risks.

• Scenario analysis based on IEA/IPCC datasets.

• Definition of climate-related governance and strategy.

• Preparation of a complete TCFD disclosure package for the auditor and prospective investors.

• TCFD gap analysis versus current disclosure.

• Mapping of governance and risk-management processes.

• Simplified scenario analysis (IEA/IPCC).

• Net-Zero roadmap and key metrics.

• Full TCFD report and IPO slide deck.

Engagement Terms

• Fixed-scope agreement: a lump-sum fee tied to completion of the deliverables listed above.

• The external professional will work in close coordination with the internal team, meeting agreed timelines and quality standards.

• Mandatory requirement: the external professional must hold valid professional liability insurance. Any damages or claims arising from the work will remain the sole responsibility of the external professional.
